Everything between a specification and a delivered pallet

Take the whole chain or take the part that is failing. Each service below works on its own, and works better together.

01

Strategic sourcing

You tell us what the product has to do; we work out who can make it. That means mapping the category, identifying manufacturers who genuinely operate at your volume, and presenting a like-for-like comparison instead of a pile of quotations in different formats.

  • Category and supply-market mapping
  • Manufacturer longlist and structured shortlist
  • Like-for-like quotation comparison
  • Dual-sourcing and contingency options
02

Supplier vetting & factory audits

A polished catalogue proves nothing. We verify the legal entity, confirm the export history, assess real production capacity and check that certifications belong to the factory rather than a trading company standing in front of it.

  • Business licence and legal entity verification
  • Export record and trade reference checks
  • Capacity, equipment and workforce assessment
  • On-site audit with photographic report
  • Social and environmental compliance screening
03

Negotiation & cost engineering

Price is one line in a quotation. We work the whole structure — materials, packaging, tooling amortisation, minimum order quantity, payment terms and Incoterms — so the landed cost falls without the specification quietly falling with it.

  • Line-by-line cost breakdown and benchmarking
  • MOQ, payment term and lead time negotiation
  • Material, finish and packaging alternatives
  • Tooling ownership and amortisation terms
04

Quality control & inspection

Quality is agreed before production, not argued about after it. We establish a golden sample and a written inspection standard, then check against it at the points where problems are still cheap to fix.

  • Golden sample approval and specification sign-off
  • AQL-based inspection plans agreed in advance
  • During-production and pre-shipment inspection
  • Photographic and video reporting
  • Defect resolution and rework management
05

Freight, export & documentation

Goods that are stuck at a port are not goods. We book the freight, consolidate where it saves money, and prepare documentation that clears customs the first time.

  • Sea, air and rail freight booking
  • Consolidation of multi-supplier orders
  • FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP arrangements
  • Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin
  • Customs coordination and delivery tracking
06

Private label & OEM/ODM

When the product carries your name, the details matter more. We manage tooling, artwork, compliance testing and the commercial protections that stop your design appearing on someone else's listing six months later.

  • Tooling and mould development
  • Packaging design handover and print approval
  • Regulatory and compliance testing coordination
  • NNN agreements and IP protection guidance
  • Reorder programme management
Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

Pricing is agreed in writing before any work begins, and we do not accept commission from suppliers.

Project sourcing

A defined brief with a defined end: one product or one category, taken from specification through to delivered goods.

Fixed fee or percentage of order value

Retained procurement

An ongoing extension of your buying team, handling reorders, new development and supplier performance across the portfolio.

Monthly retainer

Quality & logistics only

You keep your existing suppliers. We add inspection, documentation and freight so the weak link stops being the weak link.

Per inspection or per shipment

FAQ

Service questions

How quickly can you turn around a sourcing brief?

Initial supplier options and indicative pricing typically take two to ten working days depending on the category. Fully vetted quotations with samples usually run three to five weeks.

Do you hold stock or take title to goods?

It depends on the engagement. We can act purely as your agent, with the supplier invoicing you directly, or buy and resell where consolidated purchasing gives you a better position. Both are set out clearly before we start.

What happens if an inspection fails?

Nothing ships until you decide. We report the defect with evidence, agree a remedy with the factory — rework, replacement, partial shipment or discount — and re-inspect before release.

Can you handle compliance testing for my market?

We coordinate testing with accredited laboratories against the standards your destination market requires, and keep the certificates on file for customs and retailer audits.
