What a first brief looks like

  • The product, in whatever detail you have
  • Target landed cost and order volume
  • Destination market and compliance requirements
  • When you need it on the shelf

That is enough for us to come back with sourcing options and an indicative cost — usually within two working days.

What we do

Procurement, without the gaps

Most sourcing problems are not price problems. They are gaps — between the sample and the shipment, between what a factory promises and what it can hold. We work in those gaps.

Strategic sourcing

We translate a specification — or a rough idea — into a shortlist of manufacturers who can actually make it at your volume and price point.

Supplier vetting & audits

Business licences, export history, capacity, certifications and factory walk-throughs. We verify before you commit a deposit.

Negotiation & cost engineering

Line-by-line quote analysis, MOQ and payment-term negotiation, and material or packaging changes that take cost out without cutting quality.

Quality control

Golden samples, in-line checks and pre-shipment inspection to an AQL you agree in advance. Nothing ships on a defect you did not sign off.

Freight & documentation

Sea, air and rail, FOB through to DDP, with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificates of origin your customs broker expects.

Private label & OEM/ODM

Tooling, packaging artwork, compliance testing and brand protection when you want the product to carry your name, not the factory's.

How we work

Five steps, no surprises

A deliberately plain process. You always know what stage an order is at, what it will cost and what happens next.

01

Brief

You describe the product, the target landed cost, the volume and the market it sells into. We ask the questions that stop surprises later.

02

Source & vet

We identify candidate factories, verify them, and come back with a comparison of capability, pricing, MOQ and lead time.

03

Sample & cost

Samples are produced, tested and approved. Costs are locked with a clear breakdown of unit price, tooling, packaging and freight.

04

Produce & inspect

Production is monitored against the agreed schedule. Inspections happen in line and before shipment, with photographic reports.

05

Ship & support

We book freight, prepare documentation and track the container to your warehouse — then handle reorders on the same terms.

Industries

Categories we buy in every week

We are category-agnostic by design, but these are the areas where our supplier network is deepest.

See category detail
  • Consumer electronics & accessories
  • Home, kitchen & houseware
  • Packaging & printed materials
  • Apparel, textiles & soft goods
  • Industrial parts & components
  • Health, beauty & personal care
  • Promotional & branded merchandise
  • Hospitality & food-service supplies

We work for you, not the factory

Our fee comes from you and is agreed up front. No hidden supplier commissions, no incentive to steer you toward the factory that pays the most.

Verification before commitment

Every supplier is checked — registration, export record, capacity and, where it matters, a physical visit — before a deposit leaves your account.

One accountable contact

A named specialist owns your account end to end. Not a ticket queue, not a different person on every email thread.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you work with small businesses, or only large importers?

Both. Some clients place a single container a year; others run a rolling programme across multiple categories. What matters is that the product is genuinely manufacturable at your volume — we will tell you honestly if it is not.

How are you paid?

Whichever is clearest for the engagement: a percentage of order value, a fixed fee per project, or a monthly retainer for ongoing procurement support. The model is agreed in writing before any work starts, and we do not take undisclosed commissions from suppliers.

Can I keep my existing suppliers?

Yes. A common engagement is to leave your supply base as it is and add the missing layer — quality control, negotiation support, or freight and documentation — where it hurts most.

What information do you need to quote?

A description or photo of the product, target specification, expected annual volume, destination market and any compliance requirements. If you have a sample, even better.

Start a conversation

Tell us what you need to buy.

Send a specification, a sample, or even a photo and a target price. You will get a considered reply — sourcing options, indicative costs and realistic lead times — not a sales pitch.
